It is not an easy juggle, but I seem to have a groove that works for me. I am a really early riser so I try to work-out before my family wakes up. On the days that I run, I usually set out before sunrise. With a warm-up, stretching, and 4-5 mile run, it takes me about an hour. On my cross-training days, I also try to work-out for an hour but in the comforts of my own home. Sometimes my work-outs get interrupted with grumpy, hungry children, but at least I can pause my video and return to later in the day. If I work-out in the early morning, I have the rest of the day to complete my other Domestic Diva tasks.
