I hear ya....I turned 38 in July. I have been having heart palpitations off and on for almost the last year. I have had every heart test known by 2 different cardiologists who tell me my heart is fine. I exercise 5 days a week, do yoga and pilates, cut out caffiene. My periods after my 3rd child at 36 have gotten irregular and very heavy. I SWEAR I am in perimenopause....everything I have read about hormone changes and palpitations points to it....there is no other medical explanation. I have a feeling this is going to be one crazy ride as I am not into conventional medicines unless it is absolute necessary. They say you can transition in and out of perimenopause for up to 15 years before menopause. Lord Have Mercy!!!

I did not know that menopause had its own month-who knew! At forty four I think I am "symptom free" but I have been taking lybrel for about a year now and haven't even had a period. Hmm....I wonder how good that is for your body?
