Milestones Jewelry Giveaway

Blogoversary

I am a sucker for sparkly things.  If it shimmers or glimmers, chances are it will catch my eye.  Perhaps, that’s the real reason behind all my running, because at the end of every race, I am given a shiny bit of bling.

As runners, we challenge ourselves constantly.  We always push ourselves a little harder and a little further and sometimes at the end of it all, we are rewarded with a medal, which we can wear proudly.  But how likely are you to wear it every day?  You can only get away with wearing your marathon medal to grocery store so many times before people begin to think you’re a quack instead of being quick.  So, why not celebrate your milestones with some sparkly that you can wear everyday, like a fabulous bracelet or anklet from Milestones Jewelry.

The lovely ladies at Milestones Jewelry want to help celebrate your running achievements with some sparkly bling.  One lucky Run DMT reader can win a bracelet or anklet of his/her choice (up $50 value) from Milestones Jewelry.  (Don’t judge.  Men can totally wear these and play it off too.  But, they also make great gifts for that beautiful runner in your life.)

To enter to win, visit Milestones Jewelry and view their selection of bracelets, anklets and all their charm choices.  Then, add a comment here stating which piece you would like to win.  Please include the style number/name and your preferred size.  One lucky winner will be randomly selected on Sunday, August 9.

In addition to this great giveaway, Milestones Jewelry is also offering all Run DMT readers a 10% discount using code.  Use the coupon code CLUB at the check-out, but don’t delay!  This exclusive deal expires August 9.

I would LOVE to win A210 Black Tie Collection Crystal Anklet. That way when I am hunched over and hitting the wall I could at least look at the pretty sparkles on my 9″ ankle….does that qualify as a cankle?

I like the 14″ N504 Black Cord Necklace with Charm with the Rachael charm… it’s super cute.

I don’t think I’d seen this company before, thanks for the introduction!

I went to the blog, and I learned that there were movies about marathons–I need to see if Netflix has them!

I noticed in “The Milestones in the Mountains” blog entry, that you can just click a box to tell how you feel about the entry (Interesting, Funny, or Cool). I did feel a little sad that she had moved and did not have her running partner or running club to train for her marathon with–reminded me of Lori. There was no “Melancholy” or “Sad” button to choose from though!

On June 2, 2009 the Milestone Jewelry shop was finally opened. She only posts something once a week. I think she should do more posts like Denise.
