For two March fun-filled weekends in March (14-15 & 21-22), Thomas & Friends ’round the bends and returns to Tampa Bay for another Day Out with Thomas: The Celebration Tour 2015.
For a third year in a row, my family and I were given with tickets to spend the Day Out With Thomas in an exchange for a review/giveaway and my four year old Thomas fan can’t wait! He’s not much for meeting the characters, such as Sir Topham Hatt or listening to the storytelling, however, he does love everything else about the event. You can read more about our past Day Out With Thomas experiences here and here.
If you ever wondered if the trek to Parrish is worth it, here are three reasons why you and your family should spend the Day Out With Thomas: The Celebration Tour 2015.
Enjoy a ride with Thomas
All visitors, young and old Thomas fans, can enjoy a 25-minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine and hear Thomas greet his fans! TOOT! TOOT! He’s a very special, special, you know.
The first ride departs at 9:00 and the last ride departs at 3:45 with 45-minute increments between each ride to allow for boarding and exiting. When purchasing your tickets online, you can select a time to ride Thomas that works for your family’s schedule. No matter the time you choose, you should plan to arrive an hour before.
Explore hands-on.
With sand table, an arts & crafts station and tons of Thomas & Friends train play set tables, your children will have tons of fun building and creating. These activities are a great way to fill the time while you wait to board Thomas the Tank Engine.

My Daddy is a model railroader! (like a legit one, he’s kinda famous for it!) I love trains! Wish they had stuff like this when I was a little kid!
I’ve always wanted to take my son to this and being that he’s 5 I’m running out of time before he grows out of liking Thomas! Thanks for the chance!
