Crank Dat Jump Rope!

Jump on it!  It’s time for this week’s 5 Minutes for Fitness

This week, try skipping an invisible jump rope and attempt a few jumping jacks, too.  Like a lot of moms, jumping after squeezing out a few babies a couple of vaginal deliveries may cause you to pee yourself some discomfort.  So, while you crank dat jump rope, try skipping rope in a more side to side fashion, alternating your feet rather than landing on both feet at the same time.  Or perhaps, try kicking out your heels as your swing your invisible jump rope.  This will have less of impact and eliminate your need for a panty liner.
