Marvel Universe Live! {Review and Giveaway}

Marvel Universe Live

Marvel Universe Live! kicked off its tour in Tampa on Tuesday night with a dress rehearsal. My family and I were fortunate enough to experience this never seen before living comic book.

This action-packed superhero ensemble includes 25 of Marvel fans favorite characters from superheroes  to super villains. With fireworks and an amazing light display, Thor begins the show with a mighty blow of his hammer shattering the Cosmic Cube before it enters the hands of evil, his brother Loki.

To Thor’s dismay, Loki harnesses the power of the fractured pieces to embark on world domination and the ultimate destruction of Earth.  Other super villians enter the scene as the Marvel super good-doers stop Loki’s evil plan.

The super team combs the dessert, climbs the Himalayans and battles on top of the statue of Liberty to protect Earth and defeat the villains. With high-flying acrobatics and motorcycle stunts, the audience follows along on a high-speed, high-stakes adventure.

From the fight scenes to the fireworks, my children were captivated by incredible action scenes. Even my husband and I enjoyed the show, despite the corny 1980s Saturday morning dialogue. Be prepared for sad puns and over used super speeches, however, you will look past the bad puns when you witness the pyrostunts. Marvel Universe Live! has turned up the heat on family entertainment and live performances. This is no Princess on Ice performance!
