The other day, my kids and I attended the opening night of Lowry Park Zoo’s revamped not-so-scary Zoo Boo. The haunted houses have been replace with multiple trick-or-treat stations to make the annual Halloween event more appealing to the little ones. For the media new preview, we spent a very sweet evening trick-or-treating with many of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It was “plane” to see my Little Lion Man is a Bucs fan.
Today, I’m sporting my Bucs shirt and I’ve planned a true tailgate with grilled wings and beer for the Bucs vs. Jaguars game. While the Bucs have had an atrocious losing streak, by some stroke of luck that losing streak ended this afternoon with win 38 to 31.
Liam meets the Bucs on Friday. The Buccaneers have their first home turf victory since 2013.
Coincidence?
I think not.
And now for another victory, here are my simple, easy meals for this week’s dinner menu. My husband is traveling this week and I still have a ton of leftover black beans from last week to help with some quick dinners this week.
