This July, my family and I are heading into our fourth month of quarantining. For health reasons, we feel it’s best to stay home while the Covid cases in Florida rise again. But staying safe at home is making us a little stir crazy and lonely.
As you can imagine, running is my escape.
Now more than ever, running is my Me Time.
Running is my cardio AND my therapy.
Thankfully, there are plenty of July Virtual Races to help keep me motivated, running and sane, but broke with dash of heat exhaustion.
