Except for the fruit I ate today, it was a sugar free day. Ho hum. As for my physical activity, I did 50 squats and 30 push-ups again. Not a whole lot of moving and grooving today, but at least I did something.

I am impressed with your moving and grooving, especially as far along as you are! I went to aerobics and did tons of squats, lunges and presses. Boy are my muscles tired!
