This morning, I pounded out the push-ups while packing for my trip to Captiva. I was a little concerned about my performance after the number of reps (including my exhaustion test) on Saturday. I actually did fairly well! For Week 5-Day 1-Column 2, I had no problems with the first set of 28, but the second set of 35 were a little shaky. With the third and fourth sets, there were no struggles but the last set of 35 was tough.
Day 2 looks interesting because there are more sets with fewer reps. I don’t know if that’s a good thing, but I feel ready the challenge.
all the sets are hard to me – few sets/higher reps or more sets/lower reps! good luck!!
