When Stonyfield and FitFluential was searching for ambassadors to review Stonyfield’s reformulated Greek Yogurt, I immediately grabbed my spoon. I have been eating Stonyfield yogurt for over 20 years and I am already a huge fan of all their products. A tub of plain Stonyfield Greek yogurt can always be found in my fridge. A bowl of plain yogurt and fresh fruit is my usual morning breakfast.
And wouldn’t I be a fan? As with all of Stonyfield’s products, Stonyfield Greek is made with only the best ingredients, free of toxic pesticides, GMOs, artificial hormones and antibiotics while offering a rich, creamy yogurt. I am so careful about what I eat and what I feed my family, I know I’m doing something right when I feed my family Stonyfield.
For the purpose of this Stonyfield Greek yogurt sampling, I received a variety of flavors to try. Stonyfield Greek comes in two sizes, 5.3 oz single cups and 4 oz 4-packs in a variety of flavors: Vanilla, Blueberry, Plain, Super Fruits, Strawberry, Chocolate, Peach Mango, Pineapple, Raspberry, Honey, Lemon, Caramel, Blueberry, Strawberry and Superfruits and its newest flavors, Black Cherry and Cafe Latte.
I started with the Cafe Latte, since that is the newest Greek concoction. Out of habit, I read the label first and was blown away by the volume of protein in this little pot. One little pot of creamy, Stonyfield Greek yogurt offers 12 grams of protein, an important factor for recovery and repairing muscles for a long distance runner like me.
I found the Cafe Latte to be a bit sweeter and more of a dessert than a breakfast food, but then I love all the fruity flavors, like Black Cherry and Superfruits. Honestly, the Sonyfield Greek Superfruits yogurt mixed with pomegranate, raspberries and acai berries is my favorite because I love the sweet, tart combination it delivers.
All of the flavors offered a thick, creamy, sweet wholesome full of protein, healthy goodness that my whole family happily enjoyed. In fact, I had to buy a few more just for photos because my family demolished the strawberry before I could snap the photos I needed for the purpose of this post.

Stonyfield is the only yogurt we buy anymore. The first time I bought it was because it was more natural than the more processed brands. Then we tasted it.
And have never looked back. My local store doesn’t have the Greek yogurt yet…but I can assure you, we’ll be asking them to stock it, now that I know this exists.
My Publix sells it. Check there!
I’ve always eaten a different brand, but now I’ll have to try Stonyfield, for sure. Thanks for sharing, Denise!
I am a fan of stoneyfield too! I haven’t tried their new flavors yet, now I have to!! The chocolate one sounds yummy!
I am a huge fan of their yogurts too. Love them in my smoothies and parfaits!
