Pinning and Planning – September 1 {Dinner Menu}

Yesterday, my family visited Frenchy’s for a sunset dinner on Clearwater Beach.

Today, we’re headed to my friend, Chrissy’s house for an annual Labor Day get together with friends.  We’ve all been asked to bring something to share so Iron Chef Allan and I are bringing Mojo Girlled Chicken and Quinoa Tabbouleh.

Continuing with Labor Day cookout plans, Iron Chef Allan wants to make some BBQ Ribs.  Typically, we eat a vegetarian dish for Meatless Monday, but this Monday it looks like we’ll be tearing into some ribs.

Here’s our dinner menu for the week.

Sunday –  Mojo Girlled Chicken and Quinoa Tabbouleh.

Monday –Short Ribs with BBQ Sauce

Tuesday – Banging Baked Sprimp Tacos

Wednesday – Black Beans and Rice

Thursday – Roasted Veggie Quesadillas

Friday  – Pizza
